WHAT TAX RATE WILL I BE CHARGED?

First, you should know that we charge all applicable sales taxes based on Federal and Provincial Legislation. For products purchased on Banarasi.ca, Banarasi will calculate and charge all applicable sales taxes based on the shipped-to location. This means that you are charged sales tax based on the destination of your purchase — not necessarily the location from where you placed the order. For example, if you are shipping your purchase to an address in Alberta and you made the purchase on a computer in Ontario, the sales tax you see during the checkout process will be calculated according to sales taxes in Alberta.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ON BANARASI.CA?

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order on Banarasi.ca is quick and easy! Start by shopping for a product you wish to purchase and select ‘Add To Cart’. If you wish to continue shopping, go for it! If you’re ready to place your order, select ‘Check Out’ from the pop-up. Next, you’ll be able to see all of your items, the subtotal, estimated tax, estimated shipping cost and the total cost of your purchase. From there, click the ‘Check Out’ button. Then, select whether you are checking out as a Guest or Sign In to your Banarasi.ca account. Finally, confirm your shipping and billing information and click ‘Place Order’.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

Not at all! You do not need an account to make a purchase, you’re always welcome to shop and checkout as a guest. We love it when you visit, even if it’s only now and then. But you’re probably wondering why you should create an account. Creating an account makes it simple to shop on Banarasi.ca. With an account,  you can save your address for faster checkouts. Accounts are easy to create, easy to manage, and certainly helpful if you are a regular customer.

THE PRODUCT I WOULD LIKE IS OUT OF STOCK. WILL IT BE COMING BACK IN STOCK?

While we try our best to have everything you need and want in stock, sometimes items become discontinued, sell out, or sometimes we stop selling them. We can’t guarantee if or when an out-of-stock item will be available again, but please check the site later to see if an item is back in stock, or to see if we sell a similar product.

WHEN I LOOK AT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER IT SAYS "PROCESSING", WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

After placing an order the status will automatically be listed as “Processing” and it will stay that way until your order has been fulfilled. After it is fulfilled the status will change.
